It’s been 3 months since I came back from my honeymoon and work-life has been taking a toll on the body. I’ve gained 3kg and my body fat percentage went up by more than 1%. More importantly, my metabolic age went from 50 to 56 years old.
What do you do when life is taking over or when work is becoming like an avalanche? Do you throw in the towel or raise the white flag? Or do you pick yourself up from the rubbles, keep it real and stay in the fight?
